Do I have to replace enova365, Teta HR or Workday?
No. Pergamin is an execution layer — it runs alongside your HR & payroll system, it doesn't replace it. We don't replace Workday or SAP either. The connector attaches to your existing HRIS and handles what's missing: document generation, signing and a complete file.
Does data sync both ways?
Yes. The candidate's data goes in once — from the HRIS or a form — and after signing Pergamin sends the updated data back: the signed contract, personal data and payroll data. Document statuses update automatically on both sides.
How long does the rollout take and what's on my side?
At a typical enterprise, 4–6 weeks. We configure field mapping, the signing flow and approval queues on our side — with no involvement from your developer team. We don't require changes to the HRIS itself.
Is the signature legally valid for employment contracts?
Yes. Pergamin provides a qualified e-signature compliant with eIDAS Art. 25, legally equivalent to a handwritten signature across the EU, as well as the documentary form and handwritten signatures — a full signature wall matched to the type of document.
How does the integration help during a PIP inspection?
