Can I integrate Pergamin with applications in my company?
Yes. Pergamin has a Rest API that allows you to connect to other systems and reap the benefits of automation. We will provide API documentation for review upon your request.
How do you price high document volumes?
On the Enterprise plan we charge per document process — the signature is just one of its steps. A single price covers creating the document from your data, distribution, automatic reminders, signing and archiving. We tailor the quote to your volume — book a consultation.
Is the application compliant with the GDPR?
Yes! The system is designed to be GDPR compliant. The servers are located in the European Economic Area, we sign agreements with clients on entrusting the processing of personal data, we have a policy compliant with the GDPR privacy, and consent to the processing of personal data is collected. We do not automatically profile the data of the people we collect. We do not collect any sensitive data or data on minors. We were audited for GDPR and we passed the audits with flying colors!

Questions related to the operation of the system and error reports can be sent via a dedicated e-mail, to which all Pergamin customers have access, and via the chat available on the website.
- Implementation of templates
Do you have your document templates and want to work with them in Pergamin? Our team of Legal Engineers will help you transfer the templates used in your company to Pergamin and optimize them to facilitate the preparation of documents based on them.
- System operation training
For our clients, we offer training in how to use the system for people who will work with documents in Pergamin. The training may include using the platform’s functionalities, setting permissions in Teams and Organizations, and training in the Template Creator. Pergamin is simple to use, so you can easily learn how it works using the materials we have prepared for you.
